1/8" Radius Edge - 22

The profile is capable of milling two 1/8" radiuses on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-9/16" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the moulding knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left moulding cutters for both vertical cutter heads; this will enable all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.

Are you having issues with lumber movement or sniping on the right vertical cutter head? Perhaps proper calibration of the rebate cutter, (if you have one,) and checking the knife to the fence alignment will help solve the issue.
