1/8" Radius Edge - 2

This double 1/8" - 2 radius edge measures 1.000" in thickness; the width is machined to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to mill the pattern. The profile can mill two 1/8" radiuses on one edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1" in width or thickness. The suggested rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 1/4" larger in width than the sought-after milled dimension. The acrylic template is flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile grinder to manufacture a set of right or left knives for both side cutter heads; this will enable all four corners of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
