1/8" Radius Edge - 16

This double-radius edge 1/8" - 16 measures 3-1/2" wide by random thickness, requiring the use of a 3-3/4" wide blank of various thickness lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The knives are capable of milling two 1/8" round-overs on both the top or bottom corners of a piece of lumber measuring 3-1/2" width. The acrylic template can be moved over and referenced to either side of the profile knife grinder to manufacture a set of knives for any cutter heads on the machine. This action will enable all four corners of the lumber to get milled simultaneously. Suppose you want to cut the edges of the lumber from the right and left vertical cutter heads to mill random widths; we have other patterns to accomplish this.
