1/16" Radius Edge - 20

This double 1/16" radius edge - 20 can mill two 1/16" radiuses on both side edges of a piece of lumber measuring 2-1/2" thickness or width. All four edges can easily be milled simultaneously by producing another blade set for the opposing side cutter head.

Would you like to reduce the time it takes to set up the machinery for a milling production run? Perhaps calibrating the moulder spindles axially and radially will substantially decrease setup time while simultaneously increasing production.
