1/16" Radius Edge - 1
This double 1/16" - 1 radius edge measures 1.062" thickness. The profile can mill two 1/16" radiuses on one edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-1/16" thickness. The moulding template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left cutters for both vertical cutter heads, enabling all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
Are you having issues with lumber movement or sniping on the right vertical cutter head? Maybe proper calibration of the rebate cutter and checking the knife to the fence alignment will help solve the issue.
