Applied Moulding 3/8" - 8

This beaded 3/8" - 8 applied moulding measures .375" wide by .500" thickness. Caution; the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these milling operations. Utilize fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time with this unique split two custom profile.

The beaded profile is comprised of a 1/4" wide half-circle attached to a 1/8" wide fillet creating a quirk when applied to a panel.

We provide the cut steel size on all our moulding knife designs; this specialized feature allows you to be able to obtain the correct width size of knife steel before you start knife grinding procedures and production.
