Applied Moulding 3/8" - 15

This ogee applied moulding 3/8" - 15 measures .375" wide by .375" thickness with a .385" depth of cut on the top horizontal set of profile cutters. The small pattern comprises a 1/8" wide horizontal fillet connected to a 3/16" radius convex arc tangent from a 3/16" radius concave semicircle, forming a small cyma reversa. Caution: the knives will come within .010" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend using a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
