WM 276 Picture Rail 1-3/4" - 46

This WM 276 picture rail pattern 1-3/4" - 46 measures 1.750" in width by .687" in thickness. The stylish profile comprises a 5/16" radius three-quarter circle with a 1/16" tall vertical line on the bottom left. The middle consists of a 35/64" broad straight line segment connected to two 9/32" tangent radiuses creating an ogee on the right side of the design. These functional profiles are usually installed in the upper section of an interior wall below the crown design, about nine inches below the ceiling line. They make easy work of hanging art frames around the room without damaging the interior walls from nails or other hanging devices. The three-quarter round portion holds support hooks attached to the hanging artwork. We encourage using two-inch wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for milling with commercial machinery.
