Applied Moulding 1-1/4" - 35

This creative plant on/applied moulding 1-1/4" - 35 measures 1.250" wide by .625" thickness. The decorative profile is comprised of a two tangent radius cyma reversa in the center, connected to a 3/32" broad horizontal line and a 9/64" radius cove on one side, with a 3/32" tall vertical bar attached to a 3/16" quarter round bead on the opposite side. We have a small group of similarly shaped patterns in different thicknesses with various sized rabbets on the backside for your review and consideration, panel mould 1.500" - 2, with a 3/4" rabbet, panel mould 1.500" - 45, with a 5/8" rabbet, panel mould 1.500" - 43, with a 1/2" rabbet and panel mould 1.500" - 4 with a 1/4" rabbet.

Caution; the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these milling operations.
