Panel Mould 1-1/2" - 2

This beautiful 1-1/2" - 2 panel mould measures 1.500" wide by 1.000" thickness. The elegant profile is comprised of a 1/4" radius arc tangent off of a 15/32" semicircle creating a cyma reversa in the center, connected to an 11/64" wide horizontal line and a 5/32" radius cove on one side, with a 9/64" tall vertical line attached to a 1/4" quarter circle on the opposite side, the back side rabbet measures 3/4" tall by 1/4" wide. We have a small group of similar shaped profiles in different thicknesses and rabbet sizes for your review and consideration, panel mould 1.500" - 45 with a 5/8" rabbet, panel mould 1.500" - 43 with a 1/2" rabbet, panel mould 1.500" - 4 with a 1/4" rabbet and applied mould 1.250" - 34 with no rabbet.

The present-day combined high-speed steel knives & profile template prices are listed below for quoting purposes. On the left set of blades, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the rabbet; this allows for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
