Panel Mould 1-1/2" - 19

This modern 1-1/2" - 19 panel mould measures 1.500" wide by 1.125" thickness with a .500" depth of cut on the left vertical cutters and a .896" depth of cut on the top horizontal moulding knives.

The basic profile is comprised of a 1" wide half-circle, connected to a small 1/8" wide horizontal fillet, attached to a 7/16" radius cove, leaving a 1/4" thickness dimension on the thin side of the pattern. The backside rabbet measures 1/2" wide by 5/8" tall, this can be adjusted to any desired height by a simple axial adjustment on the cutterhead.
