Panel Mould 1-3/8"

This delightful 1-3/8" panel mould comprises a 7/64" broad horizontal segment on the top left. It's attached to a 3/16" radius arc connected to a down-sloping line tangent to a 9/64" concave semicircle in the center, attached to a 3/16" wide half-round bead merged with a 3/32" broad flat line with a 7/64" cove on the right side of the design. The backside rabbet measures 1/4" wide by 1/2" tall. The pattern dimensions are 1.375" in width by .812" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 1-5/8" wide. We offer a couple of other options in this design with alternative rabbet heights for your review and consideration, panel mould 1.375" - 15 and panel mould 1.375" - 27.

On the left set of blades, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the rabbet; this allows for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns. The present-day combined high-speed steel knives & template prices are listed below for quoting purposes.
