Panel Mould 1-3/32"

This 1-3/32" bolection mould comprises a 7/64" wide fillet, connected to a deep sloping cyma reversa that transitions into a half circle, joined to a 1/16" wide edge fillet leaving a 13/64" thickness dimension on the thin side of the pattern. The pattern measures 1.093" in width by .625" in thickness, the backside rabbet measures 1/4" wide by 13/32" tall which is included in the downloadable dxf file. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 1-3/8" wide. We offer a similar pattern in a slightly larger width and thickness for your review and consideration, panel moulding 1.125" - 9.
