Nosing 2" - 4

This attractive nosing 2" - 4 measures 2.000" wide by 1.500" thickness with a 1.161" depth of cut on the top horizontal set of knives and a .250" depth of cut on the right vertical set of cutters.

The modern design is comprised of a 3/16" broad horizontal line, connected to a deep sloping cyma reversa with a 3/16" radius cavetto located on the thin side of the pattern.

Our purple colored ceramic blend grinding wheel hogging at 2000 rpm with a twenty-five degree back clearance angle, will rough grind any set of high-speed steel moulding knives in a very minimal amount of time.
