Bullnose 2-1/2"

This large 2-1/2" bullnose measures 2.500" thickness. The width is adjustable to any desired size within the parameters of the molder or shaper used to cut the pattern. The simplistic profile comprises a 1-1/4" radius half-circle tangent to the top and bottom of the pattern. Be advised that bullnose profiles are milled from vertical cutter heads; you cannot use them for making half rounds because of the extra blend area incorporated in the knife design. If you're looking to mill a half-round pattern, please review and consider half round 2.500". The same holds for half-round, they get milled from the top horizontal cutter head, the knives will come within .020" of the bedplates on the machinery; therefore there is no blend area built into the cutters.
