2-1/2" Half Round

This 2-1/2" half-round measures 2.500" wide by 1.250" thickness, allowing the detail to be milled from six-quarter lumber. The common profile is comprised of a 1-1/4" radius half-round arc. Be aware that this knife design is not intended to be used as a bullnose cutter; it has no blend area built into the design. The detail is milled from the top cutter head and runs .020" away from the bed plates on the machinery. If you're looking for a bullnose cutter, please review and consider bullnose 2.500".

Caution; the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these milling operations.
