Bullnose 2" - 2

This large bullnose 2" - 2 measures 2.000" thickness, necessitating the use of ten-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder, widths are adjustable to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the pattern. The simplistic profile is composed of a 1-1/4" radius arc milled across the front edge of a piece of lumber measuring two inches thick, cutting at a depth of 1/2", leaving the top and bottom sharp edges as seen in the image above.
