Bullnose 2" - 1

This true bullnose 2" - 1 measures 2.000" thickness, authorizing the pattern to be machined out of ten-quarter lumber. The width can be manufactured to any desired size within the machinery used to cut the pattern. The profile comprises a one-inch convex radius arc tangent to the top and bottom face side of the board; there is good blend area on each side edge of the knife design, so you won't notice where one cutter begins or ends. Be aware bullnose profiles are generally machined by vertical cutter heads; they are not intended for milling half rounds profiles because of the extra blend area incorporated in the knife design, this extra cutter extension would strike the bedplates of the machinery if used as a half-round, we do offer a two inches half-round pattern for your review and consideration.
