2" Half Round

This two-inch half-round measures 2.000" wide by 1.000" thickness, necessitating five-quarter lumber for milling on industrial machinery. The profile is composed of a one-inch radius half-rounded convex arc. This pattern is not intended for milling a bullnose detail; it has no blend area built into the profile design because it is milled from the top cutter head. Please search our bullnose profiles for a nosing that cuts from the right or left vertical cutter head, all those patterns have blend areas built into the knife design.

Caution: The knives will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
