Corner 3/4" - 1

This 3/4" - 1 outside corner measure .750" wide by .750" thickness. The functional detail is comprised of three 3/32" radius edges with a 9/16" wide by 9/16" deep rabbet on the back side, leaving a 3/16" thickness dimension on each side of the design. The profile is milled sprung (like a triangle), this alters the milling dimension to .983" wide by .608" thickness. This production process will make it easier to manufacture the moulding without burning in the rabbeted area and provide a good hold-down point during milling.
