This classy 2-3/4" - 54 handrail measures 2.750" width by 2.750" thickness, necessitating a three-inch broad blank of glued-up four, five, or six-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The contemporary profile is milled to any desired width with an easy radial movement of the left cutter head. It contains an 11/64" chamfer connected to a 7/8" vertical fillet on the upper right & left sides. The detail tapers inward, creating a comfortable finger grip area in the center. The lower portion contains an 11/16" vertical line attached to the same beveled edge as the top. We offer a larger version of this design for your review and consideration,
