Handrail 2-3/4" - 31

This modern 2-3/4" - 31 handrail measures 2.750" in width by 1.750" in height. The symmetrical contemporary profile contains a 13/16" tall rectangle with 1/8" rounded side edges. Merged to a 1-1/4" concave semicircular arc that creates the finger grip area, with 3/64" eased edges, leaving a two-inch width dimension on the bottom of the design. Because the wood gets machined from the left and right vertical cutter heads the width is variable to any desired size. The recommended rough wood rip size (for this width) using eight-quarter lumber is three inches wide.
