This bread loaf-shaped handrail 1-3/4" -9 measures 1.750" width by 2.062" tall, allowing a 2" wide blank of eight-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The symmetrical profile comprises a 5/16" flat area on the top center. It connects to a 3/4" radius edge that tapers downward 8.551 degrees with a 1/16" rounded corner on the bottom of the pattern. The knife layout machines from both vertical cutterheads allow unlimited width changes if desired.
