This 2-1/2" - 8 fluted pilaster measures 2.500" width by .750" thickness, allowing the use of four-quarter lumber for machining on a commercial-grade molder. The modest profile contains two 3/8" wide concave semicircular arcs divided by a 3/4" wide fillet in the center, and two 1/2" wide line segments with 1/16" eased edges on each side corners of the design.
