This detailed 7/8" - 6 edge mould measures .875" thickness. The width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the moulder or shaper used to mill the pattern. The profile comprises a 1/4" tall vertical line at the bottom, connected to a 5/8" radius cavetto that joins to a 17/64" wide by 1/8" tall notch at the top edge of the design.
Are you having issues with lumber movement or sniping on the right vertical cutter head? Perhaps proper calibration of the rebate cutter (if you have one) or checking the knife to the fence alignment, will help solve the issue.
