Edge 11/16" - 9

This 11/16" - 9 decorative edge measures .687" thickness, with a .566" depth of cut on the left vertical set of moulding knives, widths are milled to desired size during the milling process with a simple radial adjustment of the left vertical cutter head.

The creative design is comprised of a 33/64" tall vertical fillet with a 1/8" radius edge, transitioning into two shallow congee's, consisting of a 1/8" radius cove in the center and a 3/32" radius cove on the top.

Would you like to reduce the time it takes to set up for a milling production run? Perhaps calibrating the moulder spindles axially and radially will substantially decrease setup time while simultaneously increasing production.
