Face Frame Moulding 1-1/2" - 5

This single bead face frame moulding 1-1/2" - 5 measures 1.500" in width by .813" in thickness, requiring 1-3/4" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial moulder. The standard profile composes a 1/4" wide half-round circle on the top right side. It connects to a 1/16" wide by 5/32" deep sunk fillet joined to a straight flat line on top. The knife template is designed to mill up to six inches wide. The half round bead was intentionally recessed by .020" to allow for sanding after milling and assembly of the cabinet frame.
