Face Frame Moulding 1-1/2" - 4

This cabinet face frame moulding 1-1/2" - 4 measures 1.500" wide by .813" thickness, allowing 1-3/4" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for machining on a commercial moulder. The standard profile composes a 1/4" broad half-round circle on both top corners of the design. They connect to a 1/16" wide by 5/32" deeply sunk fillet with a 7/8" wide flat line in the center. The half-round beads were intentionally recessed by .020" to allow for sanding after milling and assembly of the cabinet frame. The matching profile is available for your review and consideration, face frame 1.500" - 5.
