This cabinet door cope & stick 3/4" - 12 measures .750" thickness. The width gets manufactured to any desired size within the machinery used to mill the pattern. The graceful profile comprises a two tangent radius cyma recta flanked by small vertical line segments on top, joined to a small eased edge fillet with a 1/4" tall by 3/8" wide tongue & groove, there is a .006" void in the joint area to allow excess glue to escape during assembly. Our high-precision templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
