Crown 8-1/4" - 4

This elegant 8-1/4" - 4 crown mould measure 8.220" width by 1.063" thickness and necessitates using five-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial molder. The beautiful supporting profile contains a two tangent radius elliptical-shaped convex arc joined to a 1/4" tall line segment on the top left. The straight line merges with a 4-23/64" concave semicircle tangent to a 2-25/64" convex arc, forming the cyma recta in the center. The lower portion retains a 3/4" tall by 5/16" wide, obtuse angle on the bottom right side of the design. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; these dedicated back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed; they also lock in the positioned height at 5-3/4" tall with a projection of 5-7/8" across the top.
