Crown 7-7/16" - 3

This innovative 7-7/16" - 3 crown mould measures 7.406" wide by .875" thickness. The lovely design comprises a two tangent cyma reversa in the middle, connected to a small square beak profile with a 55/64" radius quarter circle on the top. The lower section of the design consists of a 21/64" broad line attached to a 19/32" radius arc, with another smaller cyma reversa joined to an 11/32" broad segment on the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 5-7/32" tall, with a projection of 5-1/4" wide. Two high points in the design were intentionally positioned on the same plane, our specialized design features will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the pressure shoe is parallel to the bed plates.
