The innovative profile is comprised of a 3-3/8" radius cavetto in the center, flanked by three 3/16" stepped fillets on top, with an ovolo and two stepped fillets at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, search our bevels category by degrees to find a back-bevel cutter appropriate for this luxurious crown moulding design. These dedicated back bevels set the installed height and projection at an identical dimension of 5" tall and wide. Five high points in the profile were intentionally positioned on the same level plane, this specialized design feature will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the moulder pressure shoe is calibrated.
