Crown 6-1/2" - 23

This elegant 6-1/2" - 23 crown mould measures 6.500" wide by 1.062" thickness, enabling the pattern to be milled from five-quarter lumber. The concave profile is comprised of a 1/2" tall vertical line on top, attached to a 5-5/8" radius cove in the center with a 5/8" tall by 17/32" wide notch in the lower portion with a 9/16" broad segment on the bottom of the design. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-six and fifty-four degrees. These specific back bevels set the installed height at 5-1/8" tall with a projection of 4" wide. Two high points in the detail were deliberately positioned on the same plane, our specialized design features will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling, providing the moulder pressure shoe is parallel to the machine bed plates.
