This crown moulding 6-1/8" measures 6.125" wide by .813" thickness with a depth of cut of .514" on the right vertical profile cutters, a .664" depth of cut on the left set of knives, and a .501" depth of cut on the top horizontal moulding blades. The elegant profile is comprised of a three tangent radius cyma recta in the middle of the design, connected to a 5/16" radius with a 1/2" tall vertical line on the top. The lower portion of the design consists of a stepped fillet attached to a 21/32" radius arc, joined to a 25/64" radius cove flanked by a vertical and horizontal line on the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 4-3/8" tall with a projection of 4-7/32" wide. Two high points in the design were intentionally positioned on the same plane, our disciplined design features will assure superior hold down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the pressure shoe is parallel to the moulder bed plates.
