Crown 5-1/2" - 29

This prestigious 5-1/2" - 29 crown mould measures 5.480" width by .812" thickness, allowing a 5-3/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on a commercial moulder. The luxurious profile comprises a 57/64" convex arc joined to a 7/32" vertical line segment on the top left. The short line connects to a graceful two-tangent radius s-shaped curvature in the center. The lower section contains two 15/64" perpendicular lines attached to an 11/64" tall fillet and a 47/64" cove with an 11/64" horizontal line on the design's lower right side. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; these dedicated back bevels keep the face sides of the design parallel to the wall and ceiling after installation. These specific angles lock in the final height at 3-13/16" tall with a 3-15/16" projection across the top.
