Crown 3-15/16" - 8

This exquisite 3-15/16" - 8 crown mould measures 3.933" width by .750" thickness, allowing a 4-3/16" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on a commercial moulder. The elegant supporting profile comprises a 37/64" convex arc joined to a 3/16" vertical line segment on the upper left. The short line connects to a graceful two-tangent radius s-shaped curvature in the center. The lower section contains two 3/16" perpendicular lines attached to a 5/32" tall fillet and a 5/16" cove with a 1/8" flat line on the design's lower right side. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; the dedicated back bevels keep the face sides of the design parallel to the wall and ceiling after installation. These specific angles lock in the final height at 2-3/4" tall with a 2-13/16" projection across the top.
