Crown 4-3/8" - 21

This standard 4-3/8" - 21 crown mould measures 4.404" width by .750" thickness, permitting the use of a 4-5/8" blank of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial molder. The common profile contains an 11/32" tall vertical fillet on the top left. The short line connects to a graceful two-tangent radius s-shaped curvature, creating a cyma recta in the center. The s-curve connects to a 45/64" vertical segment merged to a 15/32" cove with a 9/32" broad segment on the design's bottom right side. The spring angles are fixed at thirty and sixty degrees, these precise back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed; they also lock in the positioned height at 3-3/4" tall with a projection of 2-5/16" across the top.
