Crown 3-1/4" - 4

This common 3-1/4" - 4 crown mould measures 3.250" wide by .562" thickness. The everyday profile is comprised of a 15/32" tall vertical line on top, connected to a two tangent radius cyma recta in the middle joined to a 7/32" vertical line, attached to a 1/2" radius cavetto with a 7/32" wide horizontal line at the bottom of the detail. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 2-5/8" tall with a projection of 1-29/32" wide. Three high points in the detail were deliberately positioned on the same plane; our specialized design features create excellent hold-down conditions while milling, providing the moulder pressure shoe is parallel to the machine bed plates.
