Crown 3-3/32"

This creative 3-3/32" crown mould measures 3.093" wide by .750" thickness. Please look in our bevels category (search by degree) for a set of back-angled cutters appropriate for this profile design. We have intentionally designed all our crown and coves with back bevels of forty-five degrees and under to be milled on the right vertical cutter head, all forty-five degree back bevels and higher will be milled on the left vertical cutter head.

The stylish profile is comprised of an 11/32" tall vertical fillet at the top, attached to a 1-1/2" radius cavetto which transitions into an 11/32" wide half-round bead, attached to a smaller vertical fillet, 3/8" radius cove, and an 11/32" wide horizontal fillet at the bottom. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degree, these specific bevels set the installed height and projection at an identical dimension of 2-3/16" tall and wide.

All moulding knife template designs have a ten-millimeter (.394") axial constant position to increase accuracy while simultaneously reducing moulder setup time.
