Crown 2-1/2" - 21

This eye-catching 2-1/2" - 21 crown mould measures 2.500" wide by .750" thickness. The visually attractive profile comprises a 25/32" radius concave arc in the center, connected to a two tangent radius cyma reversa flanked by horizontal lines with a 1/4" tall vertical line on top. The lower portion consists of a 21/64" radius ovolo with a 17/64" wide horizontal fillet at the bottom of the pattern. We have a small group of six matching profiles of various size widths, heights, and projections for your review and consideration, crown 3.000" - 6, crown 4.000" - 3, crown 5.437" - 3, crown 7.000" - 38 and crown 8.500" - 6.

The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these specific back bevel cutters set the installed height at 1-15/16" tall with a projection of 1-19/32" wide. Three high points in the detail were intentionally positioned on the same plane; our dedicated design practices will assure outstanding hold-down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the pressure shoe is parallel to the bed plates.
