Crown 2-1/4" - 20

This decorative 2-1/4" - 20 crown/cove mould measures 2.250" wide by .750" thickness. The beautiful profile is comprised of a 1-23/64" radius cove in the center, attached to a 9/64" wide by 3/32" tall, notched fillet with a 9/32" vertical line at the top, the bottom of the pattern retains a 3/8" broad horizontal line. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these specific back chamfers set the installed height at 1-45/64" tall with a projection of 1-15/32" wide. Two high points in the design were intentionally positioned on the same plane; our functional design practices will assure excellent hold-down conditions while milling the detail, provided the machines pressure shoe is parallel to the bed plates.
