Cove Moulding 4-1/2" - 7

This custom cove molding 4-1/2" - 7, measures 4.500" wide by .750" thickness, allowing the use of four quarter lumber for milling on a commercial-grade molder. The scooped profile is composed of a 1/2" tall vertical line segment on the top left. This area joins to a 4-27/32" concave semicircular arc in the center, with a 1/2" full horizontal fillet on the bottom right side of the design. The spring angles are at twenty-four and sixty-six degrees, and they are included in the downloadable DXF file available for purchase below. These precise back bevels keep the inner sections of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling as well as set the installed height at 4" tall with a projection of 2-1/16" wide.
