Cove Moulding 3-1/2" - 2

This cove/crown moulding 3-1/2" - 2 measures 3.500" wide by .937" thickness. The symmetrical profile is comprised of a 2-1/4" radius arc in the center, connected to a 7/16" tall vertical line on the top and a 7/16" wide horizontal line at the bottom. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height and projection at an identical dimension of 2-15/32" tall and wide.

Two high points in the design were purposely positioned on the same plane, these design features will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder providing the pressure shoe is parallel to the bed plates.
