This fashionable chair rail 3-3/4" - 21 comprises a 2-3/4" broad flat area on the top center. It's flanked by a 3/16" cavetto with a 1/16" vertical fillet joined to a graceful ogee consisting of two 11/64" tangent radiuses, leaving a 1/8" thickness dimension on each side edge of the design. The lovely pattern measures 3.750" in width by .750" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 4" wide. There is also a template design for milling from the side cutterheads to enable random widths to be machined.
