Door/Window Casing 5" - 39

This modest 5" - 39 door/window casing measures 5.000" in width by .750" in thickness. The simplistic profile comprises a 4-9/16" broad flat section with 1/8" rolled outer and 3/16" round inner edges on the top center. It connects to a 5/64" sunk fillet joined to a 3/8" half-circle on the design's right side. The bead is intentionally recessed by .034" to eliminate any damage to the half-round during the milling and finishing process. We encourage using 5-1/4" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for milling on industrial machinery.
