Door/Window Casing 4-1/2" - 20

This stepped 4-1/2" - 20 door/window casing measures 4.500" wide by .812" thickness, allowing the pattern to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. The attractive stepped profile is composed of a 15/16" broad flat line segment with a 3/32" eased outer and a 5/64 rounded inner edge on the top left, joined to a 27/64" broad flat line merged with a 2-25/64" wide cong'e derived from a 3/16" cove with a 1/16" drop in elevation in the center. It's attached to a 13/16" wide line segment with a 3/64" eased edge leaving a 9/16" thickness dimension on the right side of the pattern.
