Door/Window Casing 4" - 149

This multi-tiered 4" - 149 door/window casing measures 4.000" width by 1.125" thickness, enabling a 4-1/4" wide blank of five or six-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial-grade molder. The stepped profile contains a 1-1/16" wide by 5/32" tall raised fillet with 3/32" rounded corners on the top left. The inside rolled edge connects to a 9/32" wide by 7/32" deep vertical step with an additional 3/32" round over on the corner joined to a 2-11/32" flat sections in the center. The remaining portion of the pattern retains a 5/16" broad step dropping downward 1/4" with a 1/16" eased edge on the right side of the design.
