Door/Window Casing 3-1/2" - 218

This unique 3-1/2" - 218 door/window casing measures 3.500" wide by .750" thickness. The custom profile composes an 11/16" broad line segment with a 9/64" vertical drop in elevation, joined to a 1/16" wide sunk fillet on the top left. The small line attaches to a slight bidirectional chamfer merged with elongated wave-like curves and a beveled edge in the center. Connected to a 3/16" radius thumbnail semicircular arc on the pattern's right side. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 3-3/4" wide. The outer left edge of the detail is intentionally square for the use of one of our many radius edges. We offer a 4-5/8" version of this detail for your review and consideration, door/window casing 4.625" - 3.
