Door/Window Casing 2-3/4" - 43

This delightful 2-3/4" - 43 door/window casing measures 2.750" width by .812" thickness, enabling a three-inch wide blank of four-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial-grade molder. The intriguing profile contains a 5/8" broad flat line on the top left. The short line segment connects to a 3/16" radius concave semicircle tangent to a 7.768-degree downsloping angled line with a 3/16" convex arc in the center. The remaining portion of the pattern consists of a 7/64" horizontal fillet joined to a 5/16" radius cove with a 3/64" eased edge on the design's right side. The upper outer edge of the detail was intentionally left square for the use of one of our many backband profiles in the caps category of our moulding catalog; here is one we think you may want to review and consider, backband 1.093".
