Backband 1-3/32"

This embellishing backband 1-3/32" measures 1.093" width by 1.312" thickness, enabling the use of a 1-9/16" wide blank of five-quarter lumber for machining horizontally flat on an industrial-grade molder. The stylish profile contains a 9/16" flat top with a beveled inside edge and a 1/16" rolled outer edge on the top left. The beveled line connects a two tangent radius ogee with a 3/64" eased edge on the top right. The rabbet dimension for door casing 2.750" - 43 is 3/8" wide by 13/16" tall. The bottom of the detail retains a slight four-degree angled line for easy scribing during the installation process.
